Learn postures and breathing techniques to bring balance and harmony to the body, mind, and spirit. We hold a variety of yoga classes throughout the week. Classes last one hour, and no advance registration is necessary. Participants pay a very reasonable rate for each class you attend. Here at Two Visions, we offer the following types of yoga classes:

Yoga: All Levels
Build a foundation for your yoga practice; this class is a practice of pranayama (breathing) asana (posture), yoga flow, relaxation, and meditation to bring strength and balance to the body, mind, and spirit. Basic Yoga experience preferred but not required, beginning students are welcome. Modifications are made to suit each student's level of skill. Join anytime

Gentle Beginners Restorative Yoga
Explore the wonder of your body and the stillness of your mind. This class is perfect for beginners, and restorative for all levels. It is a great way to relax and stretch your muscles and still your mind. The body and breath come together for self exploration. 7.00/class Join this class anytime.
