Ashtanga Yoga with Jane
Ashtanga, also referred to as power yoga, consists of a sequence of postures and focused breathing techniques,
designed to intensify internal heat and detoxify and cleanse the body of all impurities. Although it has the
reputation of being a demanding discipline, Jane will work with you to modify each pose to suit your skill level.
The Ashtanga Yoga class is good for new or seasoned students.
Gentle Yoga with Sandy and Bob
Gentle yoga relaxes and stretches your muscles and stills your mind.� Classes consist of gentle stretches,
breathing�exercises,�and relaxation techniques. Gentle yoga class is good for beginners, seniors, or people
who want a gentle refresher; it is restorative for all levels. Students are encouraged to go at their own pace.

Find a profound state of rejuvenation and open the body to deep relaxation with this yoga practice.
Cindy blends dynamic yoga moves that strengthen the body and expand the breath. In this class, students
are guided to unwind the physical and energetic obstacles encountered on a daily basis. This class is
appropriate for beginners and intermediate students ready for a challenge.
Strength and Stretch Yoga�with Andrea
This class emphasizes the breath and strength behind each asana. Most asanas are held longer than usual to focus
on the form of the position and the muscles used. Each class ends with a gentle stretch and savasana, where we
use visualization to bring us to a state of relaxation. This class is good for all levels.
