Tai Chi Quan

The ancient art of Tai Chi Quan uses gentle flowing movements to reduce the stress of today's busy lifestyle and improve health. Tai Chi Quan is a graceful form of exercise that uses different movements and positions to help reduce stress, increase flexibility, improve muscle strength, and provide many other health benefits.

During our classes, we practice the meditative and slow, controlled Tai Chi movements. Classes last one hour. See our monthly calendar to find out when the next class will be held. No advance registration is necessary, and participants pay a very reasonable rate for each class attended.
